Día de trekking y visita a Jiufen - Fuimos con Hola Taipei, e hicimos un trekking de aprox. 4 horas de duración, un circuito de tres cumbres desde donde todo el tiempo tienes unas vistas maravillosas de los... leer más cordones montañosos y la costas del norte de Taiwan. Yo quedé muy sorprendido con la variedad geográfica que se aprecia desde esas cimas.
Luego visitamos Jiufen, donde comimos en un restaurante local muy bueno, un final ideal para la jornada.
Cristian, el guía en esta oportunidad, sabe mucho del país, de su historia y su gente, relatando con un estilo propio y muy ameno, que invita a preguntar más. Y le gusta conversar y compartir sus experiencias, por lo que si tienes curiosidad, es de los mejores que encontrarás en la isla para charlar acerca de Taipei y Taiwan.
Fui con dos amigos más y los tres lo pasamos muy bien.
Cabe destacar también la puntualidad y buena organización de la excursión.

  Experience Taipei with Hola Taipei - Our tour with Cristian was a great experience and though time in Dadaocheng was short Cristian showed us the best that this historic area had to offer. He was extremely... leer más solicitous and accommodated as many of our requests as possible. One of the members of our group had mobility issues and he assisted her whenever it was needed. We thoroughly enjoyed his food recommendations as well as the tea factory visit. His explanations about the rituals in the temple were engaging.   Bonita experiencia en el norte de Taiwan  - Hace unos días hicimos un tour con "Hola Taipei" por el norte de Taiwan, Jiufen y el parque geológico de Yehliu, fuimos con la familia y unos amigos y la... leer más experiencia fué excelente. Cristian, nuestro guía hizo un trabajo too, en la visita a Jiufen fué de gran ayuda especialmente con la traducción en algunos momentos y recomendando sitios para las fotos.
La próxima vez que visitemos Taiwán volveremos a contar con Hola Taipei definitivamente para que nos acompañen en alguno de sus tours.

  La cara más alternativa de Taiwán con HolaTaipei - Cuando viajamos no acostumbramos a reservar viajes ni excursiones organizadas,
pero en un país como Taiwán fue clave. La gran barrera lingüística hace que cosas tan sencillas como pedir... leer más direcciones, coger un taxi o ir a cenar, se te hagan una montaña. Muchos lugares turísticos ni siquiera tienen las explicaciones traducidas al inglés, por lo que no disfrutas al 100% lo que estás viviendo. Por eso fue un acierto encontrar HolaTaipei. Además de hacer varias excursiones por Taiwán con ellos, nos recomendaron sitios estupendos donde comer y dormir. Personal amable, muy atento y con un amplio conocimiento de Taiwán, amenizaron nuestros días con historias y anécdotas taiwanesas. Además de visitar lo imprescindible tuvimos la oportunidad de ver un Taiwán más alternativo!

  Día genial / Great Day - La excursión a Yehliu y Jiufen fue genial. El parque geológico está muy chulo y es bastante interesante adivinar las formas de las rocas. Jiufen es un pueblo precioso, merece... leer más la pena visitarlo, y la casa de té dónde comes tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Además, Christian es un guía súper simpático, aparte de fotógrafo, te explica la historia muy bien. Lo recomiendo!!!

The tour to Yehliu and Jiufen was great. The geological park is very nice and it’s very interesting to guess the forms of the rocks. Jiufen is a beautiful village, it’s worth to visit, and also the tea house where you eat has a fantastic views. Moreover, Christian is a fantastic guide, also a photographer, who explains the history very well. I recommend it!!!

  Holidays in Taiwan  - We went to visit Taiwan country with a trip for 15 days. We are family with 3 kids between 14 and 8 years old. HolaTaipei organised a tour with local... leer más guide talking in Chinese, English and Spanish. As Spanish people he was so crucial for enjoying the trip because we could rely on him to manage everything and just focused on discovering amazing things in Taiwan. Our trip began in Taipei, we drove across the county up to Kenting (south of the island) visiting the Alishan at sunrise and then come back up to Taipei via Taroko National Park. Thanks to HolaTaipei we had activities for kids along the trip as more adult activities like hiking and Paragliding at Waiao beach.

  I was researching how to do a hiking at Yangmingshan when I chance upon HolaTaipei. Communication on email was clear and smooth, Cristian prepared us on the items to bring... leer más and recommended the route according to our experience.

On the actual day, Cristian reached our hotel on time and took us to another route instead of the one we discussed a week ago. He considered the weather and terrain conditions and made calculated decision. He also planned the route in such a way that it’s easier to go up from one end and come down on the other end.

During the hike, Cristian would share with us information not just about Yangminshan but also on Taipei and even research for us the places we wanted to go. We had a few stops to take some breaks and he also took nice photos and video for us!

It’s a good choice to contact HoloTaipei, Cristian is the right person to go hiking with. We appreciate his effort in making the experience wonderful.

Roberto no solo te ensenya los sitios más turisticos sino que te muestra la parte más autentica de la ciudad y la manera de vivir de los taiwaneses. Durante la visita, te habla de la historia, la cultura y las tradiciones del pais.   Beautiful hiking with full facilities  - Cristian, our guide, had planned the adventure with accuracy and attention to details. With a pick up at 8h15 with a comfortable minivan, after only 40 min drive we were... leer más at the trail starting point out of the city in the middle of a beautiful tropical forest. The first 6,8 km are a mix of stairs and flat paved trail. We encounter a big group of wild buffalos taking a mud bath. The most challenging part is the climb up to the pick, that is reachable with a long sequence of hundred of stairs. Cristian is supportive and motivating. Up there a beautiful view of Taipei city all the way to the ocean. All along the trail, Cristian is enthusiastic to share his knowledge about the history of Taiwan its contradictions and contemporary challenges. At the end of the trail, Luke, the driver, was waiting for us and with a Short drive down, we were back in Taipei. 5/5 adventure with a kind a knowledgeable guide.
