This one-day Taipei tour visits the city’s main tourist attractions, including temples, monuments, and a visit to the top of the iconic Taipei 101 skyscraper. All with private transportation and explanations from a local guide.
We will start by visiting the popular Longshan Temple, the oldest and also the most iconic temple in the city. On the way to Liberty Square, which houses the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall as well as the National Theater and Concert Hall, we will observe the exterior of the Presidential Palace. After visiting the Memorial Hall, we will go to the economic district of Xinyi, and we will visit the surroundings of the most emblematic building of the city, Taipei 101. Then, we will pause to eat and recharge, before continuing with the visit to Confucius Temple.
From there, we will head into the mountains surrounding Taipei to visit the Beitou hot spring area. Later we will go to the National Palace Museum, the museum with the largest collection of Chinese art in the world.
